We ask that your students send us their choice of courses in the non-degree form attached as soon as possible after they receive their acceptance letters. We cannot guarantee any first-choice courses for your students. Non-degree students are only able to register for courses after degree-seeking students. We will do our best to find your students top choice courses but again we are unable to guarantee it. For student interested in taking Business courses, the department reviews each students application and previous course work before accepting them into courses. It is vital to receive the non-degree form for any Business courses as soon as possible for the best possible chances of getting into the course. Students in Business should consider taking courses in Economics, Math, Communications, and other departments in case they are not approved by the department.

Housing is available in the residence halls on campus in the Spring semesters only. For Fall 2020 students can find off-campus housing near campus.
For off-campus housing, there is a gateway portal for students to search through approved listings: Once your student is issued a student ID upon acceptance they will be able to log into the portal and search through listings. We have other housing resources available in the Exchange Guide attached.

There will be a mandatory international student orientation for all incoming exchange students. Details about dates, airport pick up, and semester start dates will be sent out as soon as they are published by the university to all accepted students.
We look forward to welcoming your students to our university.
