Στο πλαίσιο της υφιστάμενης Συμφωνίας Επιστημονικής Συνεργασίας του ΑΠΘ με το University of Ulsan της N. Κορέας, παρέχεται η δυνατότητα σπουδών κατά το εαρινό εξάμηνο του ακαδημαϊκού έτους 2024-2025, προπτυχιακών φοιτητών/τριών του ΑΠΘ στο εν λόγω πανεπιστήμιο.

Οι υποψήφιοι θα πρέπει να συμπληρώσουν την αίτηση έως τη Δευτέρα 23 Σεπτεμβρίου 2024  και ώρα: 12:00 μ.μ.

Ο/Η υποψήφιος/α φοιτητής/τρια πρέπει να έχει ολοκληρώσει κατ’ ελάχιστον το τέταρτο (4ο) εξάμηνο σπουδών του (δύο πλήρη έτη σπουδών). Ο συνολικός χρόνος σπουδών των υποψηφίων δεν μπορεί να υπερβαίνει τα δύο έτη από τον ενδεδειγμένο χρόνο σπουδών (ν+2).

Απαραίτητη, επίσης, είναι η πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας, ενώ η γνώση της κορεατικής θα συνεκτιμηθεί.

Στη συνέχεια η Επιτροπή Διεθνών Σχέσεων θα προβεί στην επιλογή των τριών (3) επικρατέστερων φοιτητών/τριών και θα προωθήσει τις αιτήσεις τους στο University of  Ulsan.

Προσοχή: οι επιλεγέντες φοιτητές θα πρέπει να διαθέτουν διαβατήριο έως τις 13.10.2024, καθώς μέχρι την ημερομηνία αυτή θα τους ζητηθεί να στείλουν στο Τμήμα μας φωτοαντίγραφό του, μεταξύ άλλων δικαιολογητικών.

1.  Information on 2025 Spring Exchange Program

We are pleased to announce that the application for the 2025 Spring exchange program at the University of Ulsan is now open.

If you have students who are keen on participating in the UOU exchange program for 2025 Spring,

kindly complete the attached nomination form and submit the required supporting documents via email no later than October 15th, 2024.

Exchange Nomination Form -If there are multiple nominated students, please add additional sheets in the Excel file to input their information.2. Passport type photo file (JPG) for your student card3. Color-scanned photocopy of passport (PDF) – (Please double check the passport expiration date)4. Photocopy of official transcript in English (PDF)5. Study Plan at UOU(PDF) (1-2 page)6. Please take note that the UOU Spring semester for 2025 commences on March 1st and concludes around June 21th 2025.

Should you have more students interested than our agreement allows, do not hesitate to reach out. UOU is open to accommodating additional students.

In regard to the UOU students interested in your university’s exchange program, please provide us with the accepted number of students, prerequisites, and a webpage with comprehensive details at your convenience.

We are eager to promote your exchange program among our students and nominate them as per your guidance.

2. UOU Participation in 2024 EAIE Conference

We are pleased to announce that our university is set to take part in the upcoming 2024 EAIE Conference, which will be held in Toulouse, France, from September 17th to September 20th. We are excited about the opportunity to connect with sister universities and professionals.

If your university is also planning to attend the 2024 EAIE Conference, we kindly request that you inform us of your participation. We are interested in exploring the possibility of arranging a meeting during the conference to discuss potential collaborations and partnership opportunities. Looking forward to the possibility of connecting with you at the conference and exploring ways to strengthen our ties!

3. UOU Study Abroad Fair

Our university will be hosting a Study Abroad Fair on October 30, 2024. This event aims to promote our sister universities and global exchange opportunities to our local students. The fair will include an information session, and each sister university will have a booth to showcase their programs. (Last year’s SAF: https://youtu.be/mY9Ibr3bsh0?feature=shared)

If your students will be studying at our university next semester, they will be invited to give a short presentation about your university. To help with promotion, please send any brochures and pamphlets to the following address.

Additionally, we would like to invite the POC to our campus. This will be a great opportunity to promote your university to our students and to explore our campus in person.
