Σας διαβιβάζουμε την παρακάτω ανακοίνωση από το Πανεπιστήμιο Zhejiang University της Κίνας, που αφορά τη διοργάνωση του συνεδρίου ARC4 Students’ Forum με τίτλο: “University-Business Partnerships: Asia and Europe Seeking 21st Century Solutions”, το οποίο θα διεξαχθεί από τις 23 – 24 Mαρτίου 2015 στην Κίνα.
Καταληκτική ημερομηνία υποβολής αιτήσεων είναι η 25η Ιανουαρίου 2015.

Dear Sir/Madam,
On behalf of the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF), I would like to wish you a Happy New Year 2015!
As you are aware, the Rector/President of your University has been invited to the 4th ASEM Rectors’ Conference (ARC4) to be held on 26-27 March 2015 in Hangzhou, China.
In conjunction with ARC4, a Students’ Forum will be held on 23-24 March 2015 in the same venue.
We have already received a great response to our Open Call from university students all over Europe and Asia.
Selected student will have the chance to actively participate at the Rectors’ Conference itself.
In addition to this, your students, if selected, would also have a unique opportunity to present their university at the numerous networking sessions that are part of the Forum.
We would appreciate if you could kindly circulate the Open Call below among your university students.
The Forum is open to all university students, undergraduate, post-graduate and doctoral.
The Call for Application is open until Sunday, 25 January 2015.
The organisers will cover the accommodation costs and give a travel subsidy for participants.
