On Friday, June 7th, 2019, a delegation from China University of Geosciences visited the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and had a meeting with the Rector, Prof. Pericles A. Mitkas.
China University of Geosciences is one of the best universities in the world, and it is ranked as the first University in China and the 19th in the world in the field of geology.
During the meeting, the delegation of the China University of Geosciences presented their university and discussed the possibility of collaboration with AUTh. In the future, a Memorandum of Understanding between the two Universities will be signed.
The meeting was also attended by the Vice President of the International Relations Committee of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Professor of the Department of Geology, Anastasia Kyratzi and the Professor of the Department of Geology of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Constantinos Voudouris.
