Reception of students and representatives from The University of Alabama, USA, at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki

Aristotle University of Thessaloniki welcomed on Monday, 4 May 2026, the students and representatives of the College of Arts and Sciences of The University of Alabama, within the framework of the Internship Program implemented in collaboration with AUTh for the period from 4 May to 24 May 2026.

The welcoming ceremony took place in the Epicur Hall of the Administration Building (Ground Floor), on the University Campus of AUTh, with the participation of members of the academic community, teaching staff, and students.

During the event, greetings were delivered by members of the Administration and the academic community of AUTh, followed by presentations of the University’s faculty members and the available internship positions. The students also had the opportunity to introduce themselves and present their goals and expectations from their participation in the program.

The event concluded with an informal networking session between students and faculty members, in a particularly warm and collaborative atmosphere.

This cooperation strengthens the international outreach of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and promotes academic collaboration, the exchange of knowledge and experiences, as well as intercultural communication between students and academic institutions from Greece and the United States of America
