Η διεθνής παρουσία του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης στο εξωτερικό ενισχύεται από το γεγονός ότι μετέχει ως μέλος σε 73 διεθνείς εκπαιδευτικούς Οργανισμούς, Ενώσεις και Δίκτυα Πανεπιστημίων και σε 15 ενώσεις φοιτητών, που αποσκοπούν στην διεθνή συνεργασία της ακαδημαϊκής κοινότητας για την προώθηση και ανάπτυξη ακαδημαϊκών και ερευνητικών δραστηριοτήτων.
