Memorandum of Understanding.
Collaboration in terms of exchanging faculty members and students of all Departments operating in the two Universities as well as of the development of joint research programs. The implementation of the actions will be examined on a case-by-case basis and will be  subjected to the approval of the two Institutions, depending on the available financial resources of the two Contracting Universities, or on funding from other external sources.
