Development of cooperation for the implementation of research programs and exchanges of faculty members, students and young researchers.
The actions will be implemented according to the available financial resources of the contracting parties or other external sources of financing and if they are in accordance with the provisions of the relevant laws in force.
Exchange students will be undergraduates in the last year of study or postgraduate students.
For the implementation of the above actions, the signing of individual special Agreements will be required.
