Development of scientific cooperation and research among all Departments operating in the two Universities, with exchanges of faculty members and undergraduate and postgraduate students.

The actions will be implemented according to the available financial resources provided they are in line with current legislation.

Student exchanges will be up to five (5) annually for one to two semesters. Students will be exempt from tuition fees but will  cover travel, subsistence, meals and health care costs by themselves.
