Memorandum of Understanding, aiming at the development of scientific research among all departments operating in the two Universities, with exchanges of faculty members and undergraduate – postgraduate students.
The actions will be implemented according to the available financial resources of the two contracting Institutions or other external sources of funding as long as they are in accordance with the provisions of the relevant laws in force.
For the implementation of the aforementioned actions, it will be necessary to sign individual special agreements.
