Development of scientific cooperation and research among all Departments operating in the two Universities. Exchanges of faculty members, students and staff are foreseen. The implementation of exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis, after approval of the two institutions and will depend on the available financial resources of the two contracting Universities or on other external sources of funding.
