Partners' Obligations:

Memorandum of  Understanding and Agreement of Scientific Cooperation. Mutual exchange of professors, lecturers and students, implementation of joint research projects. The above actions will be examined case by case   and implemented according to the available financial resources. Financing  attempts will be made for these actions by national and European organizations.
For exchanged Professors and Lecturers it will be examined the possibility of providing free accommodation.
