Partners' Obligations:

Scientific Co-operation Agreement aiming at the development of research and scientific cooperation primarily in the agricultural sector, but also between all Schools operating in the two partner Universities. Exchanges of faculty members, researchers, undergraduate and postgraduate students. Establishment of a Greek Language Center at the Astrakan State University and Russian Language Center at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Actions will be implemented on the basis of the available financial resources or other external sources of funding provided that  they are consistent with what is foreseen in the current legislation.
